Fall is finally here

Fall is finally here, and I'm enjoying every single bit of it. There's a process in getting used to the change from summer into colder months, and not everyone is happy about it. I can't seem to get rid of this cold that I have had it for almost a month (it started while in Mexico) and I don't think my wardrobe is prepared for the rain and cold.

However, things in nature are just as I like them. Mornings are misty, there's fog in the forests, wildflowers are covered in raindrops and trees are starting to prepare for the color explosion. Let's see how it goes this year, since it hasn't rained much, and this usually leads to leaves falling when they are still green. So fingers crossed for a beautiful autumn and exciting photographs to come.

I'm a little behind on my blog posts because I went back to work and these past few weeks I was only able to focus on photography during the weekends. This is a set of pictures from a few weeks ago, when my husband and I went out to explore the valley of Collados del Ason in Cantabria, a lookout of the Ebro river in Burgos, an abandoned monastery in Rioseco and the quaint little town of Orbaneja del Castillo.

I still have many more adventures to post, so keep checking! Hope you like this series in the meantime!
